We are in need of a skilled Dismantler to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for dismantling and removing parts from old or damaged vehicles for resale or recycling purposes. This job requires physical strength and the ability to use hand and power tools effectively. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles using hand and power tools, such as wrenches, pliers, and screwdrivers
- Remove parts carefully to avoid damage
- Sort and identify usable parts for resale or recycling
- Safely handle hazardous materials, such as gasoline, oil, and battery acid
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dismantler or in a related field
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with different types of vehicles and their parts
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics is preferred but not required
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
