Part-Time Computer Support Specialist
Location: Gujrat, India
Salary: 1300$ per month (based on experience and qualifications)


We are looking for a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Gujrat. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and assisting them with any computer-related issues they may have. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure new software and hardware systems
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Create documentation for troubleshooting processes and solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques and tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
