As an entry-level specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. You will work closely with our experienced team members to gain hands-on experience in various IT systems and applications.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Create user accounts and reset passwords as needed
- Conduct regular maintenance on computer equipment
- Keep track of inventory levels for computer supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
