Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software systems
- Identifying and resolving technical issues related to operating systems, networks, printers, and other computer peripherals
- Documenting all issues and resolutions in our system for future reference
- Training clients on how to use various computer applications or systems
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates
