Office Administrator
A reputable company in Al-Rayyan is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with recruitment by posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and time-off requests
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Process invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
Starting salary of 1800$ per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.
