We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Indian Administrator to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a multicultural environment. As an Indian Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Draft and proofread documents
- Coordinate with different departments for project updates
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Must be able to relocate to Hawalli, Kuwait
