Head Chef
As the Head Chef of our luxury resort in Khasab, you will oversee all aspects of our culinary operations. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of chefs, creating menus and recipes, ordering and maintaining inventory, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.
As an Executive Chef with at least 5 years of experience in a high-end establishment, you should possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with your team. A passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes using fresh, local ingredients is a must.
This role requires excellent organizational skills as you will be responsible for scheduling staff, managing budgets, and maintaining kitchen equipment. You must also have a thorough understanding of food safety regulations and be able to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for an Indian national with a background in fine dining who is looking to take the next step in their career. While previous experience as a Head Chef is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
