Blast Furnace Operator

As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces in a steel production plant. Your main duties will include monitoring and adjusting furnace conditions, controlling the flow of materials into the furnace, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process. You will also be responsible for ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of blast furnace operations and steel production processes. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A high level of physical fitness is required for this job as it involves working in a hot and physically demanding environment.

This position requires you to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Accommodation will be provided for employees who require it. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
