Part-time Light Driver


We are seeking a reliable and responsible Light Driver to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a part-time driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and passengers to various locations according to a set schedule. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, excellent driving skills, and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month and accommodation provided. This is the perfect opportunity for students or those looking for flexible work hours.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods and passengers to designated locations
- Follow traffic laws and regulations at all times
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip logs
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a light driver
- Good knowledge of Eldoret roads and surrounding areas
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to adhere to a set schedule

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving light trucks or vans for commercial purposes
- Familiarity with GPS devices for navigation purposes
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance checks
