Heavy Equipment Operator - Monte-Carlo

Our construction company in Monte-Carlo is urgently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and ensure safe operation of equipment at all times
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine appropriate use of equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Strong understanding of safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Must be willing to work long hours and weekends if necessary

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This job is located in Monte-Carlo, but we are open to candidates from any nationality who are legally authorized to work in Monaco. Relocation assistance is not provided.
