Florist Assistant

We are seeking a talented and passionate Florist Assistant to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Florist Assistant, you will assist our lead florist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for our customers. You must have experience working with flowers and be able to handle a fast-paced environment. This position is open to Indians with or without English proficiency. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead florist in creating floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and funerals
- Prepare flowers by cleaning, trimming, and arranging them according to the lead florist's instructions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service by assisting them with their floral needs
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
- Help with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and taking orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with flowers is required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English proficiency is preferred but not required)
- Passion for flowers and creativity in floral arrangements
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1500$ per month
