We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, suitable for Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency.

As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems. This includes working with solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of the systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on residential and commercial roofs
- Connect solar panels to inverters and batteries
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific project needs
- Troubleshoot any issues with the system
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed during installation
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing systems
- Keep accurate records of installations and repairs
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Valid driver's license preferred
