We are a reputable painting company located in the beautiful city of Os, seeking a talented and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces of residential and commercial buildings, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of $1000 per month, plus accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-residents.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint to various surfaces using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional Painter in residential or commercial settings
- In-depth knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, kneel for extended periods of time

Preferred:
- Diploma or certification in Painting or related field
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Knowledge of color theory
- Experience using power tools such as sanders or sprayers
