Personal Trainer - Fitness Coach
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Al-Kuwait. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions for our clients, helping them reach their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand client's goals and limitations
- Design customized workout plans tailored to each client's needs
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Monitor and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to their workout plan
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and safe gym environment at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach
- Passion for health and fitness with a strong knowledge of exercise techniques and nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate clients
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Nepali nationality preferred, but not required
- Must be able to work full time without accommodation
- Previous experience working with women is an asset
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
