Personal Trainer

As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness plans for our clients. Your main goal will be to help them achieve their health and fitness goals through customized workouts and nutrition plans. This is a contract job based in Al-Kuwait, with a salary of 1500$. We welcome Indian nationals with a strong command of English to apply, even without prior experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to understand their goals and limitations.
- Create personalized workout plans based on client's goals, fitness level, and any medical conditions.
- Guide clients through various exercises, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
- Provide education on nutrition and create customized meal plans to support client's fitness goals.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans.
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their full potential and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and techniques.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal trainer or relevant certification such as NASM, ACE or ACSM.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively work with clients from different backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition.
- Ability to design safe and effective workout programs for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
- Passion for health and fitness with the ability to motivate others.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
