Gardener (Expat Position in Al-Kuwait)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our clients' gardens, ensuring that they are well-manicured and visually appealing. This is an expat position, open to candidates of any nationality who are passionate about gardening and willing to relocate to Al-Kuwait.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing garden plans according to client preferences
- Planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and maintaining various types of plants
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, and weeding
- Ensuring proper irrigation systems are in place and functioning effectively
- Managing pests and diseases in the garden using environmentally friendly methods
- Keeping garden tools and equipment clean and well-maintained
- Providing recommendations for plant selection based on local climate conditions
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants and their maintenance requirements
- Experience with irrigation systems and pest control methods preferred
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
