Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management
- Ensure high quality and innovative dishes are served to guests by maintaining high standards of food presentation and taste
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to continuously improve their skills and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and purchase ingredients while adhering to budget guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Certified Biometric Passport preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
- Proven track record in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management
- Passion for creating unique and delicious dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
