Plasterer (Malayalee Preferred) in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are a construction company based in Vilnius, looking for a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This role is suitable for men who are physically fit and have a passion for construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster and other materials according to the required consistency
- Apply plaster onto surfaces using hand tools or spray equipment
- Create textures or decorative finishes as per design specifications
- Repair any cracks or imperfections on existing plasterwork
- Follow safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterer is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with different types of plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Malayalee nationality preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in English (verbal communication skills)

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, with possibility of contract extension based on performance.
