Part-Time Web Designer


We are in search of a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and knowledge of current web design trends. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in web design and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing websites that are user-friendly
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for website layouts
- Ensure website designs are responsive, compatible with different browsers, and meet SEO standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and trends in web design
- Conduct user testing and make necessary improvements based on feedback
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the development process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant design software
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously is preferred

Location:
This position is based in Svalbard but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
