Entry-Level Web Designer


We are a fast-growing company based in Svalbard, seeking a talented and creative Entry-Level Web Designer to join our team. As an Entry-Level Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and requirements. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop websites according to client specifications
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure website functionality and user experience
- Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Degree or certification in Web Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in web design or related field (internship included)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Joomla
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Note: This is a full-time position. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Svalbard without sponsorship.
