Waiter/Waitress at a Cozy Restaurant in Svalbard


We are in search of an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a cozy restaurant in Svalbard. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Must be legally eligible to work in Svalbard

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to the guest's request
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished dining
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally
- Process payments through cash or credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including setting up tables for the next guests
