We are currently hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating welding equipment, and performing various types of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. You will also be responsible for inspecting welds for accuracy and quality, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with welding equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Valid work visa or own visa preferred

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Set up welding equipment according to project specifications
- Perform various types of welding (MIG, TIG, stick) based on project needs
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols
- Complete projects within given deadlines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Qualifications:
As a Welder at our company in Al-Rayyan, you should have at least 2 years of experience in this profession. You should also have strong knowledge of various types of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. A keen eye for detail is essential in order to produce high-quality welds. Additionally, strong physical stamina is required as this job involves standing for extended periods of time.
