Architectural Technologist


As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting the design and technical aspects of architectural projects in Wiltz. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts that meet project goals and client needs
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess site conditions
- Research and recommend materials, products, and construction methods for projects
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Review shop drawings from contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an architectural firm or similar environment
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Wiltz. Candidates from Egypt or other countries are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is required.

Other Information:
This is a full-time position. However, part-time options may be available depending on the candidate's availability.
