Merchandiser (Al-Rayyan, Qatar)

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked in retail stores. Your primary duties will include setting up displays, restocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels. You will also be responsible for communicating with store managers to ensure that products are displayed in the most effective way to maximize sales.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working as a merchandiser or in retail. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up merchandise displays according to company standards
- Restock shelves with products as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers about stock needs
- Ensure that all products are correctly priced and labeled
- Conduct regular checks on product quality and report any issues to management
- Build relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective communication
- Keep track of sales data and make recommendations for product placement based on sales trends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a merchandiser or in retail preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic math for pricing calculations

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
