We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Bayan. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. They should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing broken appliances, and painting walls
- Conduct general repairs on plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, and lighting systems
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Respond to service calls from clients in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical dexterity for lifting and maneuvering heavy objects
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
