Entry-Level Metal Worker

As an entry-level metal worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the construction and fabrication of metal structures. Your primary duties will include cutting, welding, and shaping different types of metal to create various products. You will also be responsible for maintaining tools and equipment, as well as ensuring a safe and clean work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong interest in working with their hands and have a willingness to learn and grow in the field of metalworking.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction and fabrication of various metal structures
- Cut, weld, and shape different types of metal using hand tools or machinery
- Follow blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate measurements and specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery used in metalworking is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are essential
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in the field of metalworking
