Handyman (Contract Position) in Sheduva, India

We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Sheduva, India. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various structures and systems in our buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience in the field, as we will provide on-the-job training and support. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings and identify necessary repairs or maintenance tasks
- Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, etc.
- Assist with larger repair projects such as painting walls, repairing flooring, etc.
- Install and maintain various systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working on projects
- Communicate with building management to address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or other valid identification
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Indian nationality preferred
