Handyman for Property Maintenance in Sheduva, India

As a Handyman for our property maintenance team in Sheduva, India, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our properties. Your main duties will include repairing and maintaining equipment and appliances, painting and performing basic carpentry work, as well as fixing plumbing and electrical issues. Your work will contribute to creating a safe, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment for our residents.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent practical skills and be able to use various tools and equipment effectively. You should also have strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in order to identify and address maintenance issues promptly. Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Basic proficiency in English
- No previous experience required
- Valid biometric passport
- Physical strength and stamina
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills

Responsibilities:
