Concrete Worker
A well-established construction company in Akron is seeking an experienced and skilled Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to concrete construction, including pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces. This is a physically demanding job that requires the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete
- Mix, pour, and level concrete according to project specifications
- Use various tools and equipment such as trowels, shovels, and power tools
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Ensure proper curing of the concrete
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role in construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work efficiently
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring and calculating material needs
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
