Unity Game Developer

We are a fast-growing game development company located in Lisbon, seeking a talented and experienced Unity Game Developer to join our team. As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing game mechanics, features, and systems in Unity using C#. You will work closely with our designers and artists to bring our games to life. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of game development principles, experience with Unity and C#, and be able to work well in a team environment. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging gameplay features in Unity using C#
- Collaborate with designers and artists to create intuitive user interfaces
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Optimize game performance for various platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to game development
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Unity Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in C# programming language
- Experience with mobile game development is preferred
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Passion for gaming industry and knowledge of popular games
- Good communication skills in English
