Sales Manager (Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential sales opportunities
- Train, manage and motivate sales team to achieve targets
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and provide necessary feedback to the team
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in MS Office applications
