Commercial Architect

We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in the bustling city of Shan. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and use your expertise to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture projects. Knowledge of building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in design software, is essential. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who require it. Prior experience is not necessary but would be considered an advantage.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture projects
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and goals
- Create detailed drawings and plans using design software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are accurately executed
- Communicate progress updates to clients throughout all stages of the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
