Information Security Analyst


We are a leading technology company in Lisbon seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information and data from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard our systems and networks
- Monitor network activity for unusual behavior and investigate any security breaches
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and recommend strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Train employees on information security best practices and conduct regular awareness programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Manage relationships with external vendors for security services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information security
- Strong understanding of network and system security principles
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
