Sales Manager
We are in need of a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring maximum profitability for the company. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to help them meet their targets
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

This position is located in Monte-Carlo.
