Executive Chef
We are recruiting for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the bustling city of Remish. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus in collaboration with the restaurant manager
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are consistently served
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Manage budget and control costs while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control practices
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and have a valid biometric passport.
