Executive Chef
Remish's premier luxury hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team. As the head of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, production, and presentation. We are looking for someone with a creative and innovative approach to cuisine, who can lead and inspire our kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee menu creation, ensuring a balance of unique and traditional dishes
- Source and maintain relationships with high-quality food suppliers
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards
- Ensure compliance with all health codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Creative mindset with a passion for evolving the culinary experience
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
