We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As the construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee day-to-day activities on the construction site to ensure progress is being made according to schedule
- Monitor and manage project budget to ensure it stays within established limits
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are being met and address any issues that may arise
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working on international projects or in an international setting
- Knowledge of Norwegian building codes and regulations
