We are a dynamic and growing company in Vianden, Luxembourg, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of English-speaking professionals and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of English-speaking professionals
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and address any issues
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Provide training and coaching to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven experience in project management and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with international teams is preferred
