Team Lead - Sales and Marketing



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our sales and marketing team in Vianden, Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in driving sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Develop strategies to increase sales and market share, including identifying new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision making
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all sales and marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives
- Act as a point of contact between the team and upper management, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving targets
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (relocation assistance available)

Nationality/Citizenship: Indian (other nationalities welcome)
