Sales Executive

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This position requires experience in the sales industry, preferably in a similar role. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and have the ability to work well under pressure. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for non-UAE nationals. This position is open to both male and female applicants.

As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying potential clients and developing new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Presenting our products/services to potential customers
- Negotiating sales contracts and agreements
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by management
- Assisting with market research and identifying new trends or opportunities
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products/services, pricing, and promotions
- Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale process

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission on sales. Accommodation will be provided for non-UAE nationals along with visa sponsorship. We also offer training opportunities for career development within our company.
