As a Commercial Architect at our firm in Clairvaux, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces. Your primary focus will be on creating functional and visually appealing designs that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for commercial spaces
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research and comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design specifications are followed accurately
- Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and timeline constraints
- Conduct site visits to inspect the quality of workmanship and address any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for site visits if necessary
