We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your skills and knowledge to develop unique designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, scope, and budget
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Develop design concepts that meet client's aesthetic and functional requirements
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with standards
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
