Senior Architectural Designer
As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other designers to ensure that projects meet their requirements and are completed on time and within budget. This position is based in Chelyabinsk, Russia and is open to all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and practical design concepts for residential, commercial, and public buildings
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs for the project
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential constraints or challenges
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility of designs
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design techniques and software usage
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
