Junior Pastry Chef


We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in the picturesque city of Vianden. As a member of our dynamic culinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with top-quality ingredients and showcase your creativity through the creation of delicious pastries and desserts.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a variety of pastries, including cakes, tarts, and cookies
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure that all food is consistently high quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new pastry menu items
- Monitor inventory levels and suggest orders for ingredients
- Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a pastry chef or in a similar role
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $1000 per month, depending on experience. This position also includes opportunities for career growth within our company.
