A leading florist in Nakuru is seeking an experienced and talented florist to join our growing team. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and other special events. We are looking for a skilled individual with a passion for flowers and design, who can bring their creativity and expertise to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to clients' requests and preferences
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Ensure that all arrangements are delivered on time and with the highest quality
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new designs and concepts
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist is required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Creative eye for design and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we do offer visa sponsorship for Indian nationals.
