Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles and create repair plans accordingly
- Use various tools and techniques to repair body damage, including welding, sanding, painting, and panel replacement
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the progress of repairs and any additional work needed
- Keep accurate records of all repairs performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in an automotive repair shop or dealership
- In-depth knowledge of body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Preferences:
- Certification or degree in Automotive Technology or related field
- Experience working with various makes and models of vehicles
- Prior experience with luxury or high-end vehicles
