Construction Project Manager



We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in the city of Acre. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction and project management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budget and control expenses
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with contractors, architects, clients, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre (preference for local candidates but open to foreigners)

Employment Type: Full-time

Language Requirements: Fluent in English (proficiency in Hebrew is a plus)
