Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in the city of Acre. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of construction workers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timeline and budget
- Manage construction workers on site to ensure safety protocols are followed
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Maintain records of all project activities and expenses
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
- Proficiency in project management software
- Valid driver's license

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who require it.
