Job Title: Floral Designer/Arranger

A busy flower shop in Beer-Sheva is seeking a talented Floral Designer/Arranger to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, birthdays, and holidays. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities:
- Design and assemble floral arrangements according to customer requests and shop standards
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Ensure all arrangements are properly priced and displayed in the shop
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other staff members to brainstorm new ideas for seasonal or special event arrangements

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong sense of design, color, balance, texture, and proportion
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage as well as their care instructions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions from customers or supervisors

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
