Entry Level Merchandiser
Our company is seeking an Entry Level Merchandiser to join our team in Nakuru. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked in retail stores. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in the merchandising industry and has a passion for retail.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to ensure products are correctly displayed and stocked
- Work closely with store managers to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team on restocking needs
- Set up promotional displays and ensure they are properly maintained
- Build relationships with store staff to promote positive brand image and increase sales
- Keep track of sales data and provide insights for future strategies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to travel within Nakuru as needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail industry
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
